Alena Rozsypalová will become the new CFO in iSEE on August 1.
She is taking over the position from Diana Custodis who after six years will return to Germany and is taking on the Project Lead NWoW@Finance.
Alena will become member of the Boards of innogy South East Europe (innogy SEE) in Bratislava and of VSE Holding in Kosice. While VSE Holding is covering the Slovak businesses of innogy, innogy SEE is managing the companies in Croatia, Slovenia, and also Slovakia. As innogy has Retail and Grid & Infrastructure companies in these countries, Alena will report to both Martin Muhr and Stefan Lowis.
After receiving a degree in economics, she gained various experiences in the field of finance in our Czech companies. Alena experienced not only financial management of individual companies, but also on holding level when working as the Head of Controlling at RWE Česká republika for more than six years. In 2015, Alena joined the NWoW team as a project manager. After experiences in the hydro and B2C business, she took the project lead for all enabling functions in the Czech Republic.
Martin Muhr, CFO of innogy Retail: “I am happy that Alena is taking on this challenge. In her career with RWE and now innogy she has already shown a remarkable flexibility and mobility which now lets her take the next step. Her finance expertise and her NWoW background is highly important to us in the finance community. I am very much looking forward working together with Alena.”
Bernhard Günther, CFO of innogy, appreciates the work done by Diana Custodis: “Diana successfully managed the change process in Slovakia and was a driver for efficient structures and processes in a challenging business and organisational environment. We thank her for the dedication to the business in the region and wish her a successful next career step at innogy.”
